25 Days of Christmas!

Nearing the end of October, I got a sinking feeling that I wouldn't be able to make Christmas cards this year.

As you know, my craft supply is very limited and 90% of it is in storage.  The 10% I do have available is mostly for smashbooks and layouts, and an entirely different season.

I kinda stopped crafting for a few months, to focus on bible study and family time.  But I started to catch the itch again after seeing all the Christmas decor show up in stores.

After a heartfelt conversation with my husband, I decided I would challenge myself and only make very Clean & Simple Christmas cards.  Because my copic markers were lost somewhere in our storage unit, and couldn't be found.

[incidentally, later, hubby went back without me and found my box of copics; he knew it would help with my PMS... lol - so you just might see some copic colored simple cards too!]

Anyhow, I attempted this CAS Cardmaking series last year, and it was a success.  So it couldn't be that difficult, right?

Wrong.

I didn't have a lot of the items I used to take for granted.  A glue gun, spring-cut scissors, heat tool, embossing supplies, Christmas stamps and paper, or even cards & envelopes.

So for the past 2 months I have been S.H.O.P.P.I.N.G..  I don't have every SINGLE item that I'd love to use, but I have enough to create, share and inspire you with simple, elegant, clean and fun Christmas cards.  Not to mention some things I got for my December Daily... because God Forbid I don't document my FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR!

I hope you're as excited as I am about these next 25 Christmas cards.  And if you recognize any of them from Instagram, then let me just say THANK YOU for following me on social media.  I really appreciate the love.

Here's a sneak peak of some of what's to come...

Join me soon for Day 1.

And remember, JESUS is the reason for the season!

How very sweet of your husband to seek out your Copics. I would be lost without my crafty stuff. I enjoy your Christmas post and can't wait to see all of your projects.
