Super Fab.

My craftroom and craft supplies are all still in boxes.
It's been a full 2 months!
However, I received a few pre-order goodies a couple of weeks ago,
that contained just enough to create some layouts.

I'm way behind on my Project Life pages and I honestly don't know if I'll ever catch up... but I will be sharing my last completed PL layout soon.

Being that I don't have access to my photo printer and my Instax camera is also in a box, I decided to dig through my mom's vintage photos and pull out the ones that (to be very honest), match the set of VERY LIMITED supplies I have available.  It almost feels like I'm working with a small subscription kit.  I did cheat though, and purchased a roll of pop dots and some elmer's glue.  Spent a total of $2 at Family Dollar.  Hehe.  I have no access to punches or paper trimmers, so I'm really being tested.  lol.

But I did it because I was inspired by last month's creative challenge hosted by Kristine over at CreativeScrappers.blogspot.com.  I have been following her instagram page for a while and decided last year to try a layout sketch.  I love those.  They give you just the right amount of inspiration, without limiting your creativity.  You can visit her link above and join the fun.

I am 3 days shy of entering my page,
(totally didn't know what day it ended),
but I still wanted to share my layout with you.

An original Polaroid from 1978.
I was 3 years old.

The 8x8 paper I used is "Animal Crackers" by DCWV, a very old collection.  It was in a huge box of stuff I'm trying to sell on eBay and Facebook, but I got desperate for pattern paper and I didn't want to go purchase anything; I guess I'm keeping it now.

The "text" style paper that you see inside the larger circle is cut up from an old book... something about Home Remedies.  lol.

I also used a few embellies by Freckled Fawn, American Crafts, Simple Stories and My Mind's Eye.

If you return in a few days, I'll share my version of the June sketch challenge... also using vintage pictures.

I apologize for the grainy photos.
My tablet is being repaired and I am not sure when it will be returned.
I so miss reading via the Kindle app.

Take care.
