It's Fourth of July weekend and I wanted to use "Patriotic Wryn" on a festive card.  I don't normally make cards for holidays like these, but I couldn't pass up how adorable she is.

And I believe she happens to come free when you purchase the new "Wryn the BBQ Queen" digital stamp.

I used an old Amy Tangerine 6x6 paper pad, it might her first one because there is no title.  I used copic markers to color Wryn, X-Press It cardstock, Studio Calico wood veneers to look like fireworks, which I colored with Y13 and then later added a layer of Wink of Stella "GOLD".  Very sparkly.  The sentiment is by Stampin Up which I inked up with Memento Tuxedo Black. and finished off the card with a Fiskars scallop border punch.

I love how quickly the coloring and card came together and hope to create more of these quickies.

I want to take this time to wish you and your family a Happy 4th of July and I hope you have fun and stay safe!
