Oh Hooray!

It's Fab Friday!!!

And that means the Tiddly Inks design team is up on the TI blog with tons of inspiration that'll last you all month!
(or at least 2 weeks until the next Fab Friday!  hehe)

Today I'm sharing a very fun, bright and cute card using "Dandy As Candy", (link below), from their 2015 Sweet Tooth collection.

I ABSOLUTELY love this image.  I was almost certain that I would not be able to pull of what I had in mind, but I am so glad that it came out exactly how I visioned.

I used Y00, Y11 and Y15 to create a blazing bright sun peeking from the behind the clouds.
As you know I love making background and cloud scenes, but this time I cheated using a pencil to draw in the clouds before I laid down any color.  Then went ahead and erased once my clouds were formed.  I used B0000 for the sky and C0, 01, and B60 for my clouds.

For the image itself I stuck with the V, BG and Y family.  And incorporated that into the lollipops.. which BTW came from another Tiddly Inks image (link below), called "Summer Sweet Wryn".  There is an extra lollipop attached to that file that you can use, so I did...hehe.. How adorable is that?  I was able to size them differently and create a cute little lollipop forest.

The best part is I can use this card for any occasion.  New Job.  New Car.  New Home.  Birthday.  The list is endless.

The sentiment was cut out of a Dear Lizzy pattern paper, and forms the perfect sentence.  hehe.

I left a list of supplies below, with links to the images I used.

I hope you will join me back on Tuesday for another Tiddly Inks Challenge.
Til then, have a FABULOUS weekend!
