25 DOC - Day 24 - Clean & Simple

Hello Bloggers.  Can you believe tomorrow is our last day of 25 DOC???  I have mixed feelings.  I'm excited to give out prizes already (as are you - lol) and take a blog break, but I'm going to miss reading all your wonderful comments and creating inspirational projects for you everyday.  Yes, it was difficult to do, especially in December, but that's what makes me happy.  The ability to share my creativity with you and inspire you.

BTW, I'd like to take this time and remind everyone about the Sketch Challenge that ends in 3 days.  The winner will receive a set of Copic Markers.  It's never too late to enter and all entries are welcome.  Please read the rules carefully and have fun!

Scrap Happy Ohio is a scrapbook company that I Guest Design for.  I first made 2 cards for them more than a month ago and loved everything they sent, especially the card bases.  So naturally I thought it would be awesome to have them join the 25 DOC fun we're having here.  Well, they sent me a wonderful kit to play with filled with buttons, SHO stamps, SHO ink, SHO cards, Basic Grey paper and even a cute SHO mitten die.  And they sent the EXACT SAME KIT (worth $40+) FOR ONE LUCKY WINNER!!!  How ridiculously AWESOME are they!???

They've also given me a coupon code to share with you guys.  If you enter HOL2012 when you checkout (now until the end of the year), you will have free shipping on any order over $25.  I hope you visit their online shop and check out all they have to offer.  Their dies are just so cute and very affordable.

So What Did I Make!??

I was so inspired by everything Scrap Happy Ohio sent that I couldn't stop making things.  One thing I noticed is that I went back to basics with many of the pieces I made today.  If you are looking to make a large amount of Christmas cards, making them clean & simple will probably save you lots of time and will still make someone feel special that you gave them a handmade card.  I hope these photos give you ideas and get your creative juices flowing.

I made 6 christmas cards, 3 tags and even cupcake toppers.  Everything was super easy and fun to make.  You will see the progression in the cards.  From one to the next, I added just a little something more and changed something slightly.  I hope you enjoy today's project share and have a blessed day.
