25 DOC - Day 17 - Oh Christmas Tree!!

Back in September, I had a blast coloring trees and leaves in my copic class.  I loved it so much that I came home and ordered this stamp by Stamping Bella.  I wasn't aware how difficult it would be until I began coloring.  And although it's probably not as "nice" as I envisioned, I am very pleased with the outcome.

What color decorations did you use on your tree this year?  Let me know in the comment below.

Supplies:
  • October Afternoon "Very Merry" collection
  • Copic markers
  • Cryogen White cardstock
  • Kraft cardstock
  • Liquid pearls
  • Ribbon
  • Recollections pearls
  • Walnut stain distress ink

Like your tree coloring & embellishing with the pearls. My tree is up. We bought a new pre-lit multi-color tree. Former tree was pre-lit clear lights. For color I use traditional red/green/white colros with non-traditional as well: peach, turquoise & brown (hey I live in Texas so have Texas decorations that are brown).

What a sweet card, love your coloring on your tree! Our tree is not up yet as we get a real one. I bought pink, silver and green ornaments last year but nobody liked them on the tree so I guess we are going with the oldies but goodies this year, red and gold.

Fantastic card!!! it is a little sad around here... no tree yet. We have young cats so we will be putting up our Trainer tree (the old fake one) with pretty plastic ordiments. I don't dare use the good ones with these two ladies playing chase through the house.
