30 Days of Christmas - Day 13

Good Morning bloggers.  It's Sunday and right now I'm probably in church, having lunch or napping.  [that's our Sunday routine]

It's day 13 and I'm happy to share today's card.  If you have ever heard of Pinterest (or if you're an obsessed pinner like I am), then you'll know it's the greatest website since Google.  I'm on there periodically looking for inspiration and one day (on 11/3/11 to be exact - which is when I made these 2 cards I'm about to show you, lol) I began looking for pink Christmas cards and ran into this one.

It was so fabulously sparkly & merry that I just HAD TO make my own version of it.  I made 2 of these because I knew I would not be able to part with it easily since it's so shabby & precious.  hehe.

The first card was made with a music background stamp.

You probably can't tell from the photo,
but I put glitter on the punched snowflakes.

The second card was made with MME Lost & Found
patterned paper music background.

I prefer this card because the colors are softer
and it looks a little more put together.

Well, there you have it, 2 cards for today.  *grin*  I hope you all are enjoying your weekend, and if not maybe you would if you crafted a little bit more?  hehe.

P.S. Are you a "YAY, SNOW!!" or a "oh no, it's snowing", kinda person?  Let me know in your comment below.

Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it SNOW!!

x0, Damaris

Oh Damaris, these are gorgeous! I have a new favorite and I can't choose between the two! Love love love them. And as much as I love seeing snow at Christmas time --happened only once, while we lived in Colorado -- I always say oh no, snow! Until it happens around here, which is rare, hee hee. Have a wonderful Sunday. I need to go get ready for church myself!

Gor-juss!!! I don't know how you do it, each one is amazing and this one I will be scraplifting for sure. I am an "oh snow" kind of person for the first snowfall and then its "oh no, snow" after that. I think I should have been born somewhere warmer....he he

These are beautiful Demaris, love the pink! I'm a "oh no, it's snowing" kind of gal, but if it could snow everywhere but on the roads I wouldn't mind the snow at all!

A little of each. I LOVE snow and how it makes everything so pretty and playing in it with the kids is great. It drives me crazy thOugh because where I live we get a lot if rain mixed in off and on so we tend to get alot of slush which I really hate. It makes everything brown and yucky looking and everything gets all wet when you go out in it and then it freezes up hard covering everything in thick ice, causing tons of accidents and making it nearly impossible to get around for pedestrians.

OMG! I LOVE the pink you chose for these cards! It reminds me of Breast Cancer Awareness! I love the music paper and how both cards compliment each other!
