12 DOC - Day 3 : Wreath

My top 5 favorite elements for creating Christmas projects/cards this year have been using leaves, embossing powders, bows, bling and making them look clean & simple.

This card is a little more "busy" than my other CAS cards, but I couldn't pass up on an opportunity to use this new embossing powder by Stampendous.  It has become my go-to craft item when making shabby cards.  I absolutely love how easy it is to use and how beautiful it makes a normally ordinary card look so much more polished and elegant.

I punched out the leaves with an EK success leaf punch.  Made the bow out of designer paper, using a bow die, and added a little bling in the center for some more added interest.

This card was very easy to make, and elegant enough to give to your mother or mother in law.
