Hello Bloggers.

It's Wednesday, February 29, 2012.  A very special day for those Leap Year Babies.  And how could I not blog on the one extra day that only comes 4 times a year??  lol.

I have a special project to share that I created using an 8x8 Canvas, Tim Holtz, KaiserCraft, Wild Orchid Crafts and different techniques.  I'm not one to do tutorial videos, because it kind of takes me hours to figure out what I'm going to do and with a toddler it's kinda tough making something in one hour's time.  Plus, I don't quite have access to a computer that will allow me to edit videos.  So until I can work on that, I can only bring you photos of the play-by-play.  I made this for a youtube friend that I was going to meet for the first time last weekend.  We found out we would be taking the same Copic Certification class and decided to have dinner and lunch and spend some time together.  A while ago she sent me a bunch of goodies from her online stores http://www.2CreativeChics.com and I thought it would be nice to do something in return.  I wanted to respect her and her husband's privacy (which is why their faces are covered).  I would take you through every step of how I made this layout, but as a crafter I'm sure you can get the hang of what I'm doing just by the photos.

I hope you enjoy this layout and if you have any questions please leave me a comment with a way to get in touch with you.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and leaving a comment.  If you'd like to know more details about this canvas layout, just click on the video below.

Have a great day and talk to you soon!!

Very nice Damaris. Love all of the different embellishments you used. Yeya is super sweet and so is her husband. Her daughter is adorable. Very well behaved and respectful.
Back to the canvas. You did a great job. Love it all.
I would not change a thing.
